Donna and Ken Carter (the owners of the company) are a husband and wife team who both hold the Provincial Real Estate Brokers License (held by less than 300 of the 4950+ members of the Calgary Real Estate Board). This is the highest real estate qualification a person can hold as a Real Estate Practitioner.

Most people are unaware that all Real Estate Practicioners are not Realtors.  A Realtor is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) and the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB), and as such, we are governed by a strict set of rules, regulations and standards of business practices.

We are also both Certified Condominium Specialists having written and passed the Certified Condominium Specialists Examination at CREB, so you can be assured that with us, you are in good hands if you are buying or selling a condominium.
