The town has approximately 19,000 residents and consists of 3 casinos and 8 golf courses. The newest is the Conestoga Golf Course, which is located adjacent to Sun City. The owners of Sun City properties get huge reductions in rates on this troon managed course. Typically, at peak season the public will pay $140 per round where Sun City owners pay around $75 per round and that will reduce to around $35 per round in off season periods. The Conestoga is one of the most challenging courses in North Amererica and a pleasure to play.

Properties range in price (including lot) from the $170,000's up to the mid $400,000's. All properties come with double or triple attached garages.
