It has been very exciting and rewarding to be in Calgary's vibrant Real Estate industry since 1994. In my first year in the real estate business, I chose to specialize in the Riverbend area which I have been very active in and still concentrate on. I went door knocking and sat open houses every opportunity I had. As a result, I have been fortunate to build a loyal clientelle in Riverbend and many friends in that area.
My next goal was to achieve a strong knowledge of the inner city condo market. I completed several condominium sales courses through the Calgary Real Estate Board to help solidify my knowledge. Since I have owned condo's and served on a Board of Directors, this knowledge has become a huge asset to me and my clients. The Calgary condo market has surged in sales over the past few years.
I have, and will continue to sell homes in every neighborhood in Calgary and can easily help you make that transition from suburban to urban.
