• If you are buying a Condominium, we ensure you are provided with ALL of the correct documents so you get a full and open view as to the financial status of the condo corporation
• We arrange and are present at the home inspection with an inspector of YOUR choice
• We offer names of Real Estate Lawyers to choose from
• We advise you about closing costs
• We explain about taxes and your options in how you can pay them
• We protect your interests by placing terms and conditions into purchase contracts to ensure you have an out if necessary
• We advise you on the approximate cost of financing i.e., how much it will cost you each month for that new mortgage and the taxes
• We ensure the lenders get all the paperwork on time so all you need to do is to turn up and sign the mortgage committment documents
